Our retreat is a unique architecture design which is centred around large communal areas to sit and relax with views from every window. The peacefulness of the location with the rolling rural hills, views of Lake Rotorua and Mount Tarawera ensure you can totally unwind. We are a 15 minute drive to the city centre. If you love green open spaces, nature and peace then this is the perfect place for you. Stroll through our gardens or sit for a while you will feel as though you have stepped back in time where life was much simpler. Home made baking on arrival with a cuppa and delicious breakfasts from our own chickens and vegie garden. We call it our own little piece of paradise come and share it with us.

All room rates include a breakfast of homeland muesli, fresh fruit salad, orange juice, coffee or tea, toast, jams and a hot dish of the day e.g. Creamy scrambled eggs on ciabatta with smoked salmon. A hot dish of the day allows that no breakfast be the same.
